Processes
Backed by a complete in-house end-to-end production base, we fully control 8 core processes, from iron melting, precision sand casting, quenching forming, to enamel coating and high-temperature kiln firing. We also have an independent production line for pre-seasoned vegetable oil cast iron cookware to meet diverse market demands. Our workshops are equipped with large-scale automated casting lines and high-standard sintering kilns. Every product undergoes multiple rigorous tests, including corrosion test, thermal shock test and wear resistance test, strictly complying with food contact safety standards, and is PFOA-free, PFAS-free, lead-free and cadmium-free, ensuring stable and durable quality.
